Faith Comes By Hearing is looking for an Operations Manager to support the ministry for God.
The role of Render Operations Manager is to assist the ministry by managing the daily operations of the team responsible for the implementation of the Render software, which is an oral Bible translation software.

Responsibilities include:

 Manage and supervise the team responsible for the development and implementation of the Render software. Handle logistical needs including leading meetings, approving spending, timecards, and vacation requests; resolve conflict situations
 Guide formation and revision of operational policy and procedures for Render, through discussion with Render team members and other departments and external stakeholders
 Ensure protocols, procedures and best practices are established and maintained for optimum operational effectiveness
 Lead all stakeholders and parties toward the successful conceptualization, design, creation, testing, and implementation of Render
 Oversee and monitor scheduling, productivity, and financial aspects for Render projects
 Lead the team in collecting and analyzing data/feedback in order to improve the operation of Render
 Coordinate with managers and coordinators within Language Recording Division and Global Partnerships, as needed, particularly with regard to agreements, audio editing, and distribution of completed Render audio
 Interact with and advise various FCBH departments regarding Render for the purpose of general coordination, fundraising, partnership concerns, financial administration, and external communications
 Relate to current and potential partners as beneficial to the operation of Render; foster positive partner relations; advise on new partnership developments; meet with partners both on and off site; resolve conflict situations
 Host various leaders and staff from partner organizations, chair key meetings with partners, and focus on action-oriented outcomes
 Coordinate events hosted by FCBH for the oral Bible translation community, such as the Render Summit or the OBT conference, under the advisement of the Director of Oral Bible Strategies
 Guide creation and maintenance of marketing and communications regarding Render, coordinating closely between Render team and other FCBH departments
 Conduct demonstrations of Render as needed
 Provide hospitality according to the standards established by FCBH
 Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

Required:
 Five or more years management experience
 Demonstrated track record of collaboration, relationship, and partner building
 Excellent communication skills
 Proven abilities in decision-making and leadership
 Demonstration of good judgement
 Ability to empower others to implement ideas, goals, and opportunities effectively
 Ability to maintain discretion
 Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
 Ability to learn technical skills, appropriate technologies, and software
Preferred:
 Degree in related field
 Familiarity with Bible translation and orality
 Fluency in English and at least one additional language
