ION’s objective is to influence the body of Christ to make disciples of oral learners by becoming truly global as a network. In order to prepare for multiplication and sustainability into the future, we are working toward a more global network while enabling participation at every level so that everyone can give their gifts joyfully and freely within the realm of influence that the Lord has given them.
In late 2015, we have changed our leadership structure in order to facilitate this growth by forming two primary bodies: an International Advisory Board and an International Council. Within the International Council our leadership is divided into key function teams. These teams will enable local initiatives globally, champion initiative and foster creativity, as well as respond to needs for information and resources.
